LUMIÉ STUDIOS - REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. Overview
At Lumié Studios, we stand behind the quality of our smart lighting solutions. To ensure a professional and transparent experience, our policy is structured in alignment with our global logistics partners.
#### **2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items**
If your Lumié light arrives damaged, exhibits a technical malfunction (sensor issues, battery failure), or is the incorrect model/color:
 * **Mandatory Action:** You must contact our support team at [support@lumiestudios.co] within **30 days of delivery**.
 * **Required Proof:** Per our security protocols, you **must provide a clear video or photos** demonstrating the damage or malfunction.
 * **Outcome:** Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
#### **3. Shipping & Delivery Issues**
We monitor every shipment closely. Refunds are applicable under the following specific conditions:
 * **Delayed Orders:** A full refund is available if your order is not received within **45 days for the USA** or **60 days for the rest of the world**.
 * **Delivered but Missing:** We are not responsible for packages marked as **"Delivered"** by the carrier. If you cannot locate a delivered package, please contact your local post office to obtain an official non-delivery certificate for us to investigate further.
 * **Incorrect Address:** We cannot offer refunds or resends if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
#### **4. 30-Day Change of Mind Returns**
If the product is functional but not the right fit for your space, you may return it within 30 days:
 * The item must be in its **original, unopened packaging** with all protective films intact.
 * **Return Shipping:** For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated fulfillment center.
#### **5. Non-Returnable Situations**
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
 * Items showing signs of use, mounting, or physical alteration.
 * Requests made after **30 days** from the date of delivery.
#### **6. Refund Process**
Once approved, refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within **5-7 business days**.
