 * **Verification:** All orders are subject to a **1-3 business day** processing period for quality control and packaging before being dispatched.
 * **Confirmation:** You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your unique tracking number as soon as your Lumié order leaves our facility.
#### **3. Shipping Durations**
We offer reliable international shipping. While most orders arrive sooner, please refer to the estimated windows below:
 * **USA:** 7–15 business days.
 * **Rest of the World:** 10–20 business days.
 * **Please Note:** Delivery times may be influenced by local customs procedures or seasonal high-demand periods.
#### **4. Order Tracking**
Transparency is key to the Lumié experience. Every order includes a comprehensive tracking service. You can monitor your package's journey directly via our "Track Your Order" page or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
#### **5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDU)**
Lumié Studios operates on a **DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)** basis. While most small orders arrive at your doorstep without additional fees, any local customs charges or import duties imposed by your specific region remain the responsibility of the recipient.
#### **6. Lost or Delayed Shipments**
Your peace of mind is our priority. We follow strict international logistics protocols for delays:
 * **Non-Delivery Refund:** If your order is not received within **45 days (USA)** or **60 days (International)** from the dispatch date, we will initiate a full refund or a free reshipment.
 * **Delivered but Missing:** We are not responsible for packages marked as **"Delivered"** by the carrier. If the tracking shows delivery but you haven't received the item, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
#### **7. Incorrect Address Information**
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility or lost due to an incorrect/incomplete address, a reshipment fee may apply, or a refund may be withheld.
